1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Telebabe ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

2. Service Description

Telebabe is an AI character creation and content management platform. The Platform provides tools for creating AI-powered characters, generating AI images, managing content distribution via Telegram and Instagram, and processing payments from subscribers.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Platform to:

• Create deepfake content of real, identifiable individuals without their explicit written consent
• Generate, distribute, or store any content involving minors in any sexual or suggestive context
• Create content that promotes violence, harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• Impersonate real public figures for deceptive purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• Circumvent the Platform's safety measures or content policies
• Use the Platform for any illegal activity including fraud or money laundering
• Redistribute or resell Platform features without authorization

5. AI-Generated Content

All content generated through the Platform is AI-created. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not be perfect and may contain artifacts or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before distribution
• Generated content must comply with applicable laws regarding AI-generated media labeling
• The Platform does not guarantee that generated content will be suitable for any particular purpose

6. Content Ownership

Content you generate using the Platform is owned by you, subject to the underlying AI model licenses. You grant Telebabe a non-exclusive license to store, process, and deliver your content as part of the service. You retain all rights to monetize your content.

7. Credits and Billing

The Platform operates on a credit-based system. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your content will be retained for 30 days before deletion. You may request data export before termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of revenue, data, or subscribers. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Privacy

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices.

11. DMCA and Takedowns

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, contact us at legal@telebabe.com with a detailed DMCA notice. We will investigate and take appropriate action within 48 hours.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.
