The data controller for your personal data is LadderFox / Telebabe ("we", "us", "the Platform"). We determine the purposes and means of processing your personal data in connection with the Platform.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Account Information

Email address, name, password (hashed), profile settings, and identity verification data.

2.2 Generated Content

AI-generated images, videos, character configurations, prompts, and training data you upload.

2.3 Chat Logs

Messages exchanged between your AI characters and subscribers on Telegram and Instagram, including message content, timestamps, and conversation metadata.

2.4 Payment Data

Transaction records, subscription status, credit balances, and payout information. Full payment card details are handled exclusively by our payment providers (Stripe, NOWPayments) and are never stored on our servers.

2.5 Usage Analytics

Features used, content generation statistics, login timestamps, IP addresses, browser/device information, and funnel events.

2.6 Subscriber Data

Your Telegram and Instagram subscribers' usernames, message history, payment records, and interaction data (processed on your behalf as a data processor).

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contract Performance: Processing necessary to provide the Platform services you signed up for, including content generation, payment processing, and content delivery.
• Legitimate Interest: Processing for fraud prevention, security, service improvement, and analytics, where our interests do not override your fundamental rights.
• Consent: Processing based on your explicit consent, such as optional analytics cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable laws, such as financial record-keeping and responding to lawful requests from authorities.

4. Data Processing by AI Providers

To generate content, we share certain data with AI service providers:

Each provider processes data under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We only share the minimum data necessary for the requested operation.

• Active account: Data is retained for the duration of your account
• Deleted account: Personal data and content are retained for 30 days after deletion (for recovery purposes), then permanently purged
• Financial records: Transaction data may be retained longer as required by applicable tax and financial regulations
• Compliance data: Content audit trails may be retained as required by law

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
