Account Data: Email address, name, payment information.

Usage Data: Features used, content generated, credits consumed, login timestamps.

Content Data: AI-generated images, videos, character configurations, and training data you upload.

Subscriber Data: Your Telegram subscribers' usernames, message history, and payment records (processed on your behalf).

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Providing and improving the Platform services
  • Processing payments and managing subscriptions
  • Generating AI content on your behalf
  • Sending service-related communications
  • Preventing fraud and enforcing our terms

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Neon PostgreSQL, Cloudflare R2). AI-generated content is stored in Cloudflare R2 with encryption at rest. We retain your data for the duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Platform:

  • Google AI (image generation)
  • Replicate (AI model training and inference)
  • fal.ai (video generation)
  • Telegram Bot API (messaging)
  • Meta/Instagram API (social media integration)
  • NOWPayments (cryptocurrency payments)
  • Stripe (platform billing)

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your data
  • Portability: Export your data in a machine-readable format
  • Objection: Object to certain processing activities

6. Data Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data, generated content, and character configurations within 30 days. Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
